By engaging the services of Yanmu Digital LLC, you agree to the following terms: Payments are due as defined in the proposal, with no refunds once services commence. Yanmu Digital LLC will also take reasonable backup for all work and documents. The client must provide necessary website access and change passwords post-service. Confidentiality of proprietary information will be maintained by both parties. All created content is the client’s property, & Yanmu Digital LLC may use publicly available work for promotion. The contract may be terminated anytime, with payment due for services rendered up to the termination date. These terms are governed by New Mexico law, with disputes resolved in New Mexico courts. Terms may be amended with written notice to the client.
