Yanmu Digital LLC provides digital marketing solutions including, but not limited to, website design and development, SEO, reputation management, Google Ads, dashboards, branding, and photography services. Our offerings are designed to help businesses strengthen their digital presence and grow with less stress.
2. Subscription and Billing
Most of our services are subscription-based. By subscribing, you agree to pay the recurring fees associated with your selected service tier. Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for partial billing cycles.
3. Eligibility
By using our services, you affirm that you are authorized to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your business or yourself.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, dashboards, reports, or creative assets produced by Yanmu Digital remain the intellectual property of Yanmu Digital LLC until full payment has been received. Upon payment in full, rights to final deliverables transfer to the client for commercial use. Internal processes, frameworks, and tools remain the property of Yanmu Digital LLC.
5. Limitation of Liability
Yanmu Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. While we employ best practices, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, rankings, or lead volume.
6. Modifications
Yanmu Digital reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
